Queensland law requires the hirer to provide us with a copy of a doctors certificate or a copy of a letter from your doctor stating that they require the use of a Mobility Scooter. Queensland law also requires the hirer to sign an authority form provided by Emu Holiday Hire stating that the hirer understands and will obey all the road rules whilst using the Mobility Scooter.
